Enno Burk has led on summary proceedings and has advises on German market entry, Reimar Buchner has unique experience acting for hospitals in health insurance proceedings, and Marco König and Christine Mattes provide support on public procurement and discount agreements for pharmaceutical companies.  Large-scale digitalisation projects of health insurance systems have been a recent area of focus for the practice.
