Felix Wittern and Stephan Zimprich co-lead the practice, with Wittern acting as Data Protection Officer for a large number of companies in Germany and at EU level, and Zimprich focusing on advising technology providers and online platforms on international data transfers, user preferences, and online data usage. Simon Assion joined the firm from Bird & Bird LLP in June 2025.
