Prinz & Partner advises clients from start-ups to multinational companies across patent, trade mark and design protection, including contentious enforcement and the defence of property rights. The team also assists clients fighting against counterfeiting and organises seizure processes. The team is co-headed by Jochen Sties and Thomas Kitzhofer, who both draft patent and utility model applications in the field of mechanics and material sciences, and handle opposition, nullity and appeal proceedings.
