Infringement proceedings, nullity proceedings, and opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO all form part of Grünecker‘s core workload. Bernd Allekotte, Ulrich Blumenröder and Sebastian Ochs jointly lead the firm’s litigation practice; between them, the trio possess extensive expertise in cases at the interface between patent and competition law, and cross-border work.
