Patent prosecution

Gulde & Partner has an international reach, with a Beijing office extending its offering and allowing it to advise clients across both China and Korea. The team is jointly led by Diane Reinstädler, who specialises in mechanical engineering and automotive patents, Sönke Lorenz, who advises core clients in Asia on electrical engineering and telecoms patent disputes, and Jens Glienke, who handles global patent prosecutions, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the tobacco sector.
