Fieldfisher

Fieldfisher assists a client base consisting of German and international companies with the development, management and defense of their intellectual property portfolios, while covering a wide range of trade mark and design matters, such as border seizures and domain disputes. Alexandra von Bismarck and Matthias Berger jointly head the practice and also assist with competition and copyright-related matters: both have in-depth experience in both prosecution and dispute resolution. The team was strengthened with the addition of Sascha Pres, previously at SKW Schwarz, in July 2024.
