Home to an experienced public procurement team, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH oversees construction, IT and defence procurement projects from the perspective of both tendering bodies and bidders. Stefan Mager heads the department and oversees the structuring of both domestic and EU-wide tenders for public utilities and security agencies. Tobias Osseforth's practice spans both IT and healthcare tenders and bids. Caroline Ackermann, who assists with the initial structuring and subsequent implementation of IT, planning and construction services, was made partner in July 2025, while Daniel Naumann maintains a niche in the procurement of geothermal energy projects.
