Matthew Lampe and Elizabeth McRee jointly lead the group out of the Chicago and New York offices respectively. Key names in the Chicago office also include David Birnbaum, who is equipped to represent clients in both NLRB and RLA matters and Ally Werntz, who focuses her practice on representation proceedings, grievance and arbitration proceedings and unfair labor practice proceedings arising under NLRA.
