Düsseldorf, August 17, 2026 – ARQIS provided comprehensive legal advice to the Greenovis Group, a portfolio company of Aurelius Wachstumskapital, on its merger with the Otto Kittel Group. In addition, Greenovis benefits from increased capacity, complementary expertise, and a broader service portfolio in key business areas.
Headquartered in Langenfeld, the Greenovis Group brings together landscaping and gardening companies from across Germany. Its service portfolio encompasses landscaping, sports field and playground construction, green roofing and façade greening, as well as the maintenance and care of green spaces. It is the leading corporate group in this sector in Germany.
