Daniel Busse is the name partner of Busse Disputes and is demonstrably one of the leading German experts on arbitration. He has experience with proceedings conducted under all major arbitration rules across a wide variety of industries and jurisdictions. He is listed in all relevant directories in the top band of German arbitration specialists. Although his main focus is on representing clients, he frequently acts as arbitrator and has done so in more than 100 cases, mostly international arbitrations . Daniel Busse represents clients in particular in energy, corporate and infrastructure project disputes. He possesses many years of experience with proceedings under the rules of the DIS, ICC, ICSID, SIAC, LCIA and the Swiss Rules, in addition to many other arbitration rules.

Mia Ramb

Mia Ramb represents clients in national and international arbitration as well as in German court proceedings. Her practice includes all forms of dispute settlement, from consultations during the preliminary stage of an arbitration or litigation, to leading the case as it progresses, up to providing support during settlement negotiations.  A main focus of Mia Ramb’s practice is advising on energy-related arbitrations, particularly concerning price adjustments but also with regard to general disputes that have a pronounced connection to energy law. In addition, she possesses comprehensive expertise in complex technical cases related to construction or infrastructure projects (including independent evidentiary proceedings). In this regard, her practice regularly expands to the comprehensive cooperation with technical consultants. In addition, Mia Ramb is experienced with post-M&A cases as well as other (frequently international) corporate disputes. Furthermore, she advises clients with regard to the enforcement of arbitration awards in Germany and has experience representing clients with regard to international judicial assistance.
