Daniel Busse is the name partner of Busse Disputes and is demonstrably one of the leading German experts on arbitration. Mia Ramb

Mia Ramb represents clients in national and international arbitration as well as in German court proceedings. Her practice includes all forms of dispute settlement, from consultations during the preliminary stage of an arbitration or litigation, to leading the case as it progresses, up to providing support during settlement negotiations. A main focus of Mia Ramb’s practice is advising on energy-related arbitrations, particularly concerning price adjustments but also with regard to general disputes that have a pronounced connection to energy law.
