Busse Disputes – a leading law firm for commercial disputes

Busse Disputes is a highly regarded German boutique law firm dedicated to handling international and German arbitration cases (while also acting before German state courts in select cases).
All founding members of Busse Disputes come from an international law firm within the so-called “Magic Circle” – cumulatively they have almost 80 years of international law firm experience. Founded in 2019, the firm has quickly gained a reputation as one of Germany’s premier arbitration practices. Known for its strategic, results-driven representation, the firm regularly handles some of the most important cases in the market, including billion-euro disputes.
With a team of around 20 lawyers, including six active arbitrators, the firm focuses on complex, high-value disputes, in particular in the energy, finance, pharmaceutical, construction, defence and automotive sector. The team has experience with arbitrations conducted under all of the leading institutional rules including, for example, the ICC, ICSID, DIS, LCIA and SIAC rules.
